Thomastik-Infeld Plectrum AC111 strings feature a unique hybrid construction: flatwound A, D, and G strings paired with a roundwound low E and plain steel trebles. Combined with silk inlays at the ball end for precise overtone control, this design produces a beautifully balanced, almost classical-inspired tone—blending the warmth of bronze with the smooth, effortless playability of fine jazz strings.

The lower, evenly balanced tension makes these strings exceptionally comfortable to play while remaining articulate and focused.
